1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you voluntarily provide. When you submit an event we store the event details you enter, including contact information. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

2. How we use your information

To display and manage events on the Kingdom Connections calendar.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, event submissions, notifications you opt into).
To respond to support requests.
To improve the platform and diagnose technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and small amounts of browser local/session storage for wizard draft state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Third-party services

We use Geoapify for address autocomplete and map embeds. Google Maps embeds may load if you view an event with a mapped address. Push notifications are delivered through your browser's built-in push service. Event images may be stored on Cloudflare R2.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@417kingdomconnections.com.
